Who we are
About Me
Hi, I’m Maria Pagnozzi, the heart and soul behind The Learning Blossom. With nearly 20 years of experience in early childhood education and child development, I am passionate about nurturing young minds and empowering them to blossom into their full potential.
My journey in education has taken me across diverse settings, from child care services to primary schools, working closely with children of all abilities and backgrounds, including those with special needs such as autism, Down Syndrome, and learning difficulties. These experiences have shaped my teaching philosophy: to create inclusive, nurturing environments where every child feels valued and inspired to learn.
Beyond teaching, I have dedicated myself to mentoring educators, developing innovative programs, and leading training sessions to elevate the standards of early childhood education. My approach is deeply influenced by evidence-based practices, including the Reggio Emilia philosophy, which celebrates creativity, exploration, and the individuality of every child.
As a multi-lingual educator fluent in English, Spanish, and Italian, I cherish the opportunity to connect with families from diverse cultural backgrounds. Whether I’m designing interactive learning activities, supporting parents, or coaching educators, my mission remains the same: to make learning joyful, meaningful, and accessible for all.
